The burst of spending brings to more than $12 million the total Trump has funneled back to his businesses since the start of the campaign. It continues his pattern of choosing to spend donors money at his own properties for events and on his own airplane for travel, even though it meant spending considerably more than comparable alternatives.

Shockingly, it appears to be legal.

(26,366 posts)is illegal (Jesse Jackson Jr. was convicted of doing that) "self-dealing" really isn't illegal.
Nor is paying your spouse or kids as campaign consultants apparently even illegal.

(20,864 posts)..it's going to continue in his administration as he won't be divesting his business as there is no written law for him to do so. It is only an ethical "law" and we all know Don the Con is corrupt and doesn't give a damn about ethics.

(15,313 posts)two entire floors to accommodate King Con's preference to spend his time there and to sequester his current wife and latest known kid there. He will move up from funneling campaign funds from his own stupid donors, to funneling money paid in taxes by all of us, even the majority of Americans who find him grotesquely unqualified for his position.
