It is amazing how much we claim to value democracy but how little money we are willing to spend on it.

(15,262 posts)Early on my napkin calculation was 2.5 million plus. Three million will surprise me, but i admit I'm not sure enough votes remain to report. Phillie added 20,000. Has LA reported? San Fran? I don't know if another big bump is left, but a Dem increase equaling the last 24 hours will surpass 3,000,000.

Add Russia to the equation and it certainly looks like a stolen election.

Clinton's growing lead here is massive; nearly 4.3 million.

(15,262 posts)With NYC results in, the Clinton margin surpassed 2 3/4 and 2 4/5 million in one leap, and for the first time crossed the 2% threshold. I wasn't expecting that after the CA results slowed. We still have 13 states w/o official results.
