Corporations are increasingly good at squeezing workers through extreme job application marathons, micromonitoring work, employee churn, and AI. Many also prohibit discussions of compensation levels.

https://whatdotheymake.com encourages workers to post salaries, locations, qualifications, etc.to break corporate control over compensation information.

the actual salaries of congresscritters, CEOs, etc., because of all their added perks and the grease they line their pockets with.

But I'm really happy to see individual innovators doing what they can to equalize information imbalances between employers and workers.

The more I read about what's going on in the workplace today, the more we need folks like the toilet paper warehouse guy and Luigi.
