Cop infiltrator so terrified by simple kind human touch that she panics and blows cover. What she and probably most other cops need really really bad is lots and lots of hugs to get the horror of fellow humans from their system.

A group of huggy-touchy-feely anarcho-hippies should offer to teach police infiltrators how not to fear human touch so that they don't blow cover next time someone touches them.
