Some photos from last night at the Occupy SD 1 year anniversary (IMAGE HEAVY)

After this I need to go get to work on the story for the whole weekend and select photos for the paper.

This is from last night, the one year anniversary party for OSD... this is now a toddler and it is learning how to walk. And it was an anniversary of sorts for me. At this time last year I was watching this from the distance of Mexico city, but I knew that I had talked the talk, so it was time to get involved. So after I came home, I started to report on them, and then it became into a semi professional (I hope some day full time), pursuit.

After I am done with the story and all that promise, more photos and all that from the rest of the weekend.

This last one is a bonus shot. I happen to love old trains and MTS runs that one on the line during the weekends... I had a camera... so there.

for most of the media... but fortunately we have outlets. Whether that is OpEd News, or my local progressive magazine.

It is a media problem to be honest.

distorted reporting and often out right lies. I am not worried that the MSM is not reporting on it, there are as you say, plenty of people keeping us informed.

I'm trying to follow the Atlanta Foreclosure situation Fire posted about a few days ago. Looks like the Sheriff may be there soon. Occupy is there to try to prevent it.
