Here in Minneapolis we had the police drugging protesters. I am not sure how that was accomplished, but they were holding hearings on it today.

the street from the OM encampment? I believe I've seen video of such, unless I'm getting the location incorrect.

In NYC, drunks were told by NYPD to "take it to Zuccotti", where no trouble would be made...

A homeless man was found under a tarp. It was just by chance it wasn't a sleeping area tarp it was a covering stuff from the elements tarp. He was laying on the hard ground or maybe on top of some blankets. Either way it wasn't a designated sleeping area and he almost got hypothermia. No one had ever seen him before that night or since. He was taken to the hospital and checked out.
