What the hell??!!!! I guess rape wasn't part of his job description

Why of course the only dissenting judge was a woman!

W.Va. Supreme Court again says jail authority is immune in inmate’s alleged rape

Even if a correctional officer at a regional jail raped an inmate, the state Regional Jail Authority cannot be held liable in a lawsuit over the rape, the West Virginia Supreme Court ruled Friday for a second time.

Justices made a similar ruling in March, sparking outrage from state and national organizations. The court agreed to reconsider its decision in June...
