Done by socio economic class, it gives great insight into why we now have a 50% divorce rate. I'm quite frankly surprised it isn't a bit higher.

Two other things I took away were an appreciation for antibiotics that cure syphilis and a wish we could bring back "scrofulous" as a great descriptive for feckless, nihilistic youth with criminal tendencies.

I thought scrofulous referred to being ill with scrofula, a form of tuberculosis.
