Could someone help me find the series of cartoon panels that explain what feminism really is, as

opposed to what it is not. The cartoonist is one who has been posted frequently in
the feminism groups.

It's usually a white male who argues that the gender makeup of Congress doesn't matter. Because some women in Congress are anti-feminist? I dunno the logic behind that one.
