Most times just find the pic. Right click on image. Find 'copy image location' in the menu. Go to your post and hit paste.

and just follow the steps.

If it is on the internet, right click on the picture and select View Image info. You will get the URL, copay and paste it on your post.

And... before posting, hit the Preview - the middle button to see that you have it.
