I tried twice to reply to the poster in the link on two separate posts.. and got "Forbidden 403"

I don't understand, ether. When other members first mentioned it.. I was having no problems.. but this is the 2nd time I've had this happen to me within the last month.

I got this one day every time I tried to post. I said eff this and logged out. Fifteen minutes later I logged in and no problem.

so big here. I suspect it is perhaps a byproduct of heightened security.

posting on other threads no problem.

I had been thinking about restarting my computing to see if that works.

I just couldn't manage to make a post no matter what I did, very frustrating! But that was EarlG's explanation. It seems to happen periodically.
