I just tested it and you are correct -- it seems to happen only if you put just a question mark inside quotes -- having other characters inside the quotes with the question mark does not trigger the error.

So, I guess the 403 error is caused by our firewall blocking what it thinks is nefarious code being passed to our server when you attempt to submit a form with that specific character arrangement. I'll ask Elad to take a look to see if there's anything we can do about it.

I've reworded my reply to remove the two question marks I was using (not in quotations but tried removing them anyway). The only things I have in quotes are two bits from the post I'm replying to

This - Between inflation and historic trends for midterm elections, we've already got a shitload working against us to overcome.

And this - If we're lacking the effect indictments and convictions could have, that's one more force working against us.

No other quotes. I don't seem to have any problem replying to other posts... yet

Edit - I'm also not using any other special character besides periods, commas and dashes.
