And btw, if you were responding to mail instead of initiating an exchange, and you left the text of the mail you're replying to in your reply, that should show who you wrote to.

(13,539 posts)As an admin (elsewhere) I recall a similar request
a list of open issues and priority of each one.
Spending too much time on it can detract from getting the fixes done, and I dont know if the admins use a ticketing system. I remember some real simple ones in open source. Hope they havent grown into big monoliths these days.
Trust the admins to do whats best with a small staff.

(52,095 posts)who write to so many different people and need to be able to see who the recipients are. (Well, we all do, but an admin is much more likely to have more recipients of email they send.)
A top priority, anyway, unless EarlG can switch over to DU3 and will be able to see who the recipients were there.
But I can't...
