How do I give a heart if I'm already a Star member?

When I click on "purchase a heart" I go to a page where I'm invited to sign up for Star membership. I'm already a member. What do I do??????

3. If you click on Become a Star Member it will extend your membership to a year from the date you clicked.

If you became a star member during last year's February membership drive, your current membership will expire within a few days anyway.

To purchase hearts but the paypal system won't accept my perfectly good credit/debit card like has for years prior.

So I haven't been able to renew my star membership or gave hearts away.
