403 is a "forbidden" error, so it's kinda odd.
Think. Again.

(11,463 posts)4. It happens occasionally, try again later. Often helps: Hold down the Control Key while clicking your browser's Refresh
icon or button.
Anything I've spent more than a couple minutes composing -- before clicking Post or Update -- I do a select all (Control A) and copy (Control C), so it's on the clipboard and I don't lose it if something goes awry. Or to be more sure, I also paste into a convenient file.
