Is there a way to withdraw an alert?


I alerted on a post, then when I reread, realized I had misunderstood the post completely due to the op title, and lack of context in the text.

The juries aren't supposed to be lynch mobs, so letting borderline posts stand seem appropriate.
Unless one is a scalp hunter, I think Marble Falls is right in that juries get 90% right.

... at least a few of the alerts went 7-0 against me, I know because I was locked from alerting for 24 hours.

The jury system with it's few flaws works extremely well.
