How to subscribe to a forum?

The only instruction I've found says to go to the forum and click on an orange "Subscribe" button; but i'm not seeing any such button.

just above the black bar. Do you not see that?

any button saying "subscribe." Maybe my equipment's too old.

When you are in a forum, the button should be right next to the "Start discussion" button...
