Possible problem with the yellow highlighting of the Inbox tab.

Very occasionally, when I am in one of the main forums, if I receive a private message, the "Inbox" tab does not highlight in yellow.

When this happens, I only know I received a new message if I actually go into my Inbox, and see the yellow highlight on the message itself.

At first I thought this was being caused by me screwing up somehow, but it has happened a few times now.

Thank you.

The Inbox tab shows Inbox (0) when there are no new messages. If you have a message, does it show up in the tab? OAITW r.2.0 Jan 2025 #1
Well, I save some of my messages, so the number is always greater than zero. LuckyCharms Jan 2025 #3

The inbox tab shows the number of saved messages, even if they have been opened and read.

I don't make a mental note of the number after the word "Inbox", so that means I don't know if the number increased with the new message, or not. The only way I would notice a new message while in the forums if it the tab turns yellow, not if the number increased.
