How to get YouTube "shorts" videos to play on DU

Hi Everyone. There's a way to get YouTube "Shorts" videos to display and play on DU:
1) Copy the video's URL (for example) :
2) After copying/pasting the URL in your post, remove shorts/ and replace it with watch?v=
3) Your link to the video should now look like this:
It will now display and play on DU. 
On edit - I had my syntax mixed up - straightened out now. My apologies.

But I'll bookmark this just in case, since I generally have to check the last one I did to remind myself. 
EarlG made me host and you know I take my duties here seriously. And if I can find my Joy Reid short again, that's how I remember to do this. I know that I'll never know as much as you do, but then I only knew one girl in college who went anywhere near a computer - and she was a math major, not exactly my subject!
