but as silly as this looks on it's face, it's an excellent video for anyone trying to explain major depression to those who have no idea what it's like.

She'd pester me to go for a walk in the sunshine, and could even make me laugh sometimes when I was in a very dark place.

Nevertheless the video is a pretty good description of depression.
