It appears to be a cutaway to ahow features inside the handgun. I do not believe Rugsr is making gun with red parts in order to make it look like a toy.

It is a computer generated graphic the show the inside of the gun. Here is a link to a similar image that is blue.

The 'red anodized' is referring to grips that are available and the are actually rust colord and not really red, certainly not the red in the image you posted.

There's nothing about grips and both images have standard black grips. There are no optional grips illustrated.

If you still refuse to believe that Ruger is marketing a gun with a red anodized barrel please don't bother to reply.

or you really know absolutely nothing about firearms. The link below shows a variety of finishes for the 22/45 which functions pretty dam well.
