we celebrate with a special ring-shaped pastry called a rosca de reyes.. A tiny ceramic figure of the infant Jesus is baked into it, and whoever gets "el Baby" has to give a party for la candelaria, February 2.

and is observed pretty much throughout Latin America. I.think the New Orleans Kings' Cake is similar, but is served just before Lent.

Any Mexican bakery should have the roscas, and probably groceries in Hispanic neighborhoods.
