A kind woman in Lincoln, Neb. took in a pregnant stray cat. She also has an 11-year-old bulldog named Hammie.
"When Hammie first met (the kittens) he was so gentle. He would gently try to round them up like he was going to nurse them. He very carefully would lift his paw over them and caress the kittens."
All of the kitties have now been placed with adoptive families and Hammie misses his old friends. Happily, the cats' owners still keep in touch.
