I just saw in The Lounge that today was the gathering. Wish I could have been there.

I do so hope we will all be together again, someday, on the other side. We'll sing in the sunshine, we'll laugh every day...

Occasionally he would get down because he did not think we were paying attention to his posts.
I must have been paying attention, because that man is still in my thoughts so very often, much to my surprise.

He established a unique posting style, with all those descending dots to keep us in suspense before he delivered the punchline.

He did get miffed when he didn't get replies, didn't he, lol? Sometinmes there just wasn't much to say, as much as we appreciated the jokes. So his threads would get a bunch of recs, but the lack of replies would disappoint him. And I couldn't blame him for feeling that way, because he put so much work into his posts. Often searching for funny stuff, then photshopping it and personalizing it to name other DUers--and to include his self-deprecating swipes.

He made going pantsless a bottomless subject of comedy and a DU meme, and he gave us girly drinks.

MFM is loved here for all the humor and enjoyment he brought us--in his own, inimitable style.

I love that guy, and I really miss him.
