Related: About this forumA Real Pain
I saw this movie yesterday and really enjoyed it. The praise critics are giving Kieran Culkin for his performance is well deserved. Jesse Eisenberg turns in a good performance as well, as does the rest of the supporting cast. I think what I like best about the movie is that Kiernan's character stays true to himself throughout. There's no come-to-Jesus moment where he sees the errors of his ways and becomes a nice guy and has a meet-cute with a future girlfriend. Nope, there's no Hollywood treacle in this film, just a messed up human being.

The movie was called "Treasure." A film about a Dad returning to Poland.

That was good as well. A bit more morose than this one, but good.
