"Jack Ryan Ghost War" Such a waste of time

I had to bail after a half hour. Totally confusing and poorly written. How does garbage like this even get made?

Lots of chases and unending shooting. Nobody has to reload. More broken glass than usual. I could never figure out exactly what it was they were trying to steal or protect or recover.
