Dwayne Wade says LeBron James is his new favorite player to play against

For years, Dwyane Wade and LeBron James battled one another in the Eastern Conference. Then the two teamed up on South Beach and won two titles together. But this summer, James left Wade the way he left Cleveland, to return home. And now Wade says that James is his new top target in the league. Wade was asked in Chicago last week who his favorite player to play against is.

"Well, it used to be Kobe Bryant... the second best all time.... now, I have a new favorite player to play against... my former teammate, LeBron James."

It's hard to imagine Wade means this in any mean-spirited way, or that he's upset with James leaving. It's a bummer, but not only is it understandable, James talked to Wade throughout the week before his announcement in Las Vegas. James actually flew from Vegas to South Beach with Wade before heading to Brazil for the World Cup Final.
