Actually recreational use has been legalized here in Delaware, but they havent opened any dispensaries yet, and I get a discount with my medical marijuana card for being over 65.

(4,134 posts)2. Safe to assume most of us over 65 have enough aches and pains plus the knowledge that some can be self treated
to trust us to know when we need some fairly innocuous herbal pain management. Pulse being able to get our own without paying for perfunctory doctor's appointments saves Big Insurance a lotta dough.
I predict more and more self-medicating without doctors' input will be coming. Big Pharma makes money and Big Insurance saves money. If cost cutting was really a goal, advertising meds on TV would go back to being banned.
