I didn't know you were one of us.

It was a great day today. At a professional convention I met 2 of my old friends & while the rest of the convention was doing their Wine & Whine, we headed off to discuss old times in that old-time ('60's) way. Turns out we were all--shall I say--equipped. I introduced the others to my new Flowermate vape.

I've smoked weed twice, got high both times, yay! But I don't use it any more, for whatever reason.

I DO support legalizing it.

Unless some idiots start arranging deals here or something.

What are they going to get that they couldn't get anywhere else? They may not like us or what we say very much, but the payoff in terms of potential busts wouldn't be very great, would it?

Unless, of course, we start coming up with really dangerous ideas that make it worthwhile for them to dig our our RealWorld IDs and take us out one by one or something.

Half the people posting here, like Cal Peggy, may not even smoke, but just be here due to the civil rights implications. Since the majority of the country has pro-pot attitudes these days, they don't have to monitor sites like this to locate pro-pot advocates. All they have to do is grab 5 random people off the street, and 3 of them will be "The Enemy."

on us to look for "suspicious" phraseology or something. Nothing to worry about.

I have a standard musical reply to them via the Blue Notes:

If you don't know me by now
You will never never never know me

All the things that we've been through
You should understand me like I understand you

I don't think there are enough DEA agents to monitor every website that discusses weed these days. I'd hope they are spending their intertube time working over sites like Silk Road, where the real nasty stuff is bought and sold.
