but if you don't live here-it is still illegal as far as I understand to mail them or take them across state lines.
And I would also note-these are seeds created by Oregon Breeders...as far as I know.

3. I've been told they're available in California.

[font color="navy" face="Verdana"]A friend told me that dispensaries in California can already offer seeds and even seedlings for those with a prescription to grow their own.

I haven't verified this, but am very interested in growing a couple so I can use the leaves as a nutritional supplement. Have to get a new scrip first, though, which won't happen for a few weeks yet.

5. There are places in WA that have them. If you are medical, and you trust one of the cliinics,

you might approach them and see, if they don't already, if they would be interested in ordering them for you.
