Californians for Safe Access, San Diego Chapter, Rally at Hall of Justice

What do we want?

To save taxes

When do we want it?

Now?

April 20, 2015 (San Diego) A small but committed crowd of activists came to the Hall of Justice to rally for the recall of District Attorney Bonnie Dumanis. They also rallied in support of Robert Orlosky, a 24 year old Medical Marijuana patient. He is textbook of what is happening to Medical Cannabis patients in the county.

The DA office originally prosecuted this case and he was found guilty of Marijuana possession and cultivation, and the case was appealed and reversed on appeal. The reason, the Jury was not instructed on the law, and how growing plants by two patients does not violate Prop 125 passed by California voters in 1996.
