A monumental weekend in Cannabis.

Right here in Sacramento CA, for the first time since 1936, cannabis is being sold openly, openly consumed. Thousands of propel coming out for the cannabis event. being held at Cal Expo, which is also hosting a teenage girls volleyball event, on the other end of the facility.
The first time ever. Next up, concerts, ball games..

called something like "baked at the bay" but they weren't allowed to have any weed there at all (to sell or consume). I didn't understand the point of it. And you had to pay admission too.
