Calming Bites for Dogs

Has anyone given these to their dog? I ordered these for fireworks anxiety. The reviews are mixed, but more positive than negative. Fortunately it rained the past two nights, so there haven't been any fire crackers. The city fire works are a couple of blocks from my house. I will report back on effectiveness once we use them.

2. It's derived from hemp, so I'm not worried about that.

I just hope it's effective. We tried Rescue Remedy & it didn't do a thing for any of our animals.

She could not completely relax, but she was better after just half an hour. I gave her one biscuit & her dosage is two. Next time I will just give her two right away.

...i have 5 dogs... two are rescues (and terriers!)..the other 3 are my regal papered imported always perfectly groomed Golden retrievers

Anyway, 2 of the dogs wont touch them and of the others i really see no difference..not enough to pay full price for them.

We live about three blocks from the city fireworks. We had the TV blaring & the windows closed but you could still hear them. It took her about an hour to settle completely down afterwards. Then an hour later some moron in the neighborhood set of a string of poppers & we were up for a couple more hours. It's those neighborhood fire crackers I like the least. We will hear them randomly now for the next 2-3 weeks.
