Insurance should even help me get growing supplies, they are not paying for much more expensive pharmaceuticals.

(8,502 posts)3. I don't expect Texas to legalize anytime soon (until we get the troglodytes out of office) but when
it does happen then cannabis should be treated like the traditional "Ag exemption" we have in Texas. This means property tax exemption as well sales tax for farm related supplies. IT shouldn't be treated any differently than any other farm type business. However there are minimum requirements based upon county basis. I doubt I live long enough to see it happen but you cannot predict the future so "it could happen!"
