Related: About this forumI'm happy to report that taking 1/2 of a THC gummy has greatly increased my sleep time
I've gone from 3-4 hours to right around 7. Pretty impressive. It's nice to wake up rested, and headache free.
The gummies are labeled MG -THC 78.87, which means nothing, to me, but given the price, I'm thrilled that I can double the amount available. I took a whole one, the first night, and, well, let's just say I quickly figured out I can cut back, a bit.
Also learned there is a 2nd recreational shop open, now, really not far from the one I visited. I have to go in to open any kind of access to on-line viewing, for recreational, but that's ok. I'll put that on my list for next week's rambles.
AND, the City of Flint appears to have reconsidered the ban on recreational sales. So, slowly but surely, things are starting to get on track.

(2,466 posts)I've been doing 7.5 to 10 mg of Indica gummies about 5 nights a week for six years. I've never slept better.

(27,290 posts)I've never used a vape pipe, so I need to figure out the dose that's just enough to relax me enough to sleep.
I've also switched my high potency CBD dosing until nighttime. I've also got some milder stuff I can use, if the need arises during the day. The health food store, by me, has had some pretty great deals on CBD oil. I'm talking bottle refills at 2 cents/mg. It's not high potency, but $12 for a 60ml bottle is fine, by me.
I suspect this whole routine will actually be life changing, for me. I went into the whole CBD things as a total skeptic so I know this isn't a placebo effect situation. My anxiety was at red-line and now I no longer feel like I'm suffocating.
And, it so interesting to learn about the different cannabis strains, and how to use them. In my younger days, I just toked on what ever was passed to me, without question.

(27,290 posts)There are very few stores selling recreational, in this area, so I'm still exploring. Most of the web sites I've checked (even for the place I visited) still only list a medical menu so I don't know if the prices are different for the recreational product but I suspect they are a little higher.
The other shop I found requires me to visit and create an on line access, in person. I'm sure that's so they can be sure you are over 21.
