Martin O'Malley to Address Hispanic Audience at CHCI Presidential Candidates Forum.

Democratic presidential candidate Martin O'Malley is the first candidate to confirm his participation in the Congressional Hispanic Caucus Institute's (CHCI) Presidential Candidates Forum in Washington, D.C., on Wednesday, October 7, 2015.

The Presidential Candidates Forum, which takes place during CHCI's Hispanic Heritage Month Public Policy Conference, provides a timely opportunity for presidential candidates to discuss their vision for the future of the country and address issues that directly impact the Latino community.
