Very pleased that Medicare pays for my eye exams.
I'd be even more pleased if Medicare paid for glasses.
Anybody know the cutoff date for letters to Santa?

I actually paid less for no-line bi-focals than if I had used Medicaid and gotten no-line bi-focals. Medicaid only gives you $99 to spend for glasses at their preferred dealers. Oh, and the zennioptical glasses had hinged frames and clip on sun glasses which all came in a hard plastic case with a cleaning cloth and it came in the mail in about a week.

You do have to measure the distance between your pupils though. Check out the web site before your exam so you'll see the numbers you need to punch in.

Much easier than trying to measure it yourself.
I went to a place that doesn't sell glasses. I went to the community health center and had them measure my eyes.
