Review sites to gain 'bargaining power' and/or 'warn' 'find recommendations'

This is inspired by http://www.democraticunderground.com/~CountAllVotes
post about car advice also in 'working poor'

Sites for Reviews (yes, ok, possibly should be in consumer advice group)
for us consumers to gain power over a company
for us consumers to gain knowledge to know what company to go to..or not

review format
http://www.yelp.com
http://maps.google.com / https://www.google.com/business/ (same reviews)
http://www.yellowpages.com
http://www.angieslist.com (costs money so hesitate to recommend it, since i've not tried it)

complaint format
http://www.bbb.org

social format (don't forget this..it can suck more than anything for the company)
http://www.facebook.com
..don't go for the brand page, go for the actual REAL page of the dealership or store you went to

i'll post more as i find them
