because it it related to the original SARS virus. To call the virus "SARS" is technically just ambiguous, but somewhat correct.

Sanders is out of justifications for continuing to stay in the race. The debate was a clear example of a person ready for the office of President and two people who aren't and never will be (Sanders and Trump).
