Most polls show it in the single digits, nationally and in state polls. That's not going to make up 20-30 point deficits.

It doesn't open any questions to anyone who has been paying attention through the last 10 debates or during the campaign season. To not know where they stand on the issues by now, one would have to be intentionally ignorant or politically disinterested.

If either of these MEN were smart they would include the other on the ticket for unification. Either could pick a woman but to say it MUST be a woman is not needed. If anything it should be a woman of color BUT if it's not it's not. We don't need a promise to pick.

Mon Mar 16, 2020, 02:29 AM
Mar 2020

BS keeps demanding all of this stuff, but where is HIS legislation to get any of it done? That's a fair question. Pointing out that BS talks big, but has accomplished nothing to get any of his pie in the sky ideas done isn't an attack on the person, but on his hypocrisy, so why are you ducking that by making false assertions about ad hominem attacks?

Ad hominem also has ZERO to do with tu quoque--the both-siderist claim you made out of left field, which is a classic red herring attack.

Maybe you need to get your own logical fallacy house in order before accusing others of things they haven't done.

Good substance, much better w/o live audience/applause lines. They are both being pretty respectful - you can tell there's no personal animosity, and they are keeping it to the issues. I would honestly be happy to have either of these men as president. Policy-wise I'm closer to Bernie, though not quite as far to the left as he is. OTOH Biden seems a bit more presidential and his answers are a little more substantive.

I was about to say they also were focusing on issues instead of polls and electability, but they just went there. Ugh. It's bad enough the pundits yap about electability speculations all day long. I can't stand when they make the candidates play pundit instead of discussing issues.
