Biden would make a GREAT deposition witness. Asked a question, he just says "No", or "Yes"...

....the first thing an attorney tells a potential witness is "don't talk too much, or offer information."

On the flip side, a deposing attorney would LOVE to interview Sanders!

It sounds as if he's afraid of committing himself. This is not something I appreciate in a leader.

10. every criticism you have of Biden is limited to the diaphanous and interpretive

Seems just about every criticism you have of Biden is limited to the diaphanous and interpretive rather than anything objective. "That's not something we appreciate in a voter" (see? six of one, half a dozen of the other... and each as petulant and without merit as the other)

I get it... sometimes we need plausible deniability to better hide an abject lack of any objective and meaningful criticism.

So I think his answers were correct. Maybe the moderators should work better on their questions.

I also notice there are not very good follow ups, particularly on all these issue vote accusation...er statements that Bernie made. I found it interesting that Biden finally had to explain to Sanders --who should have known very well since he has been in the Senate for a long time-- why there were so many yes votes on the Hyde Amendment. Sometimes you have to pass some crap welded to a bill (like an Omnibus Bill to cover budget year gaps) to get the good stuff, very important stuff passed. It revealed that Sanders was disingenuous.

Q: Did you at any time take your dog to a veterinarian?

A: I did but what dogs have is what millions of people in this country don't have because of a system rigged by billionaires, corporations and pharmaceutical companies who are making obscene profits at the expense of young people who do not have free college education and are drowning in student loan debt which will require a revolution.

Q: Did you have lettuce in your salad?

A: I did but what I have is what millions of people in this country don't have because of a system rigged by billionaires, corporations and pharmaceutical companies who are making obscene profits at the expense of young people who do not have free college education and are drowning in student loan debt which will require a revolution.

Q: Will the sun rise on the Eastern horizon?

A: It will but that doesn't address the fact that millions of people in this country don't have because of a system rigged by billionaires, corporations and pharmaceutical companies who are making obscene profits at the expense of young people who do not have free college education and are drowning in student loan debt which will require a revolution.

You get the idea.
