Would have been the weekend after the first set of states after SuperTuesday. On SuperTuesday, Obama was slightly ahead. Then he, not HRC, won the next set if states. In retrospect, many HRC aides spoke of how after ST, they expected the primary to be effectively over. As a result, when Obama matched her on ST they were not as well prepared for the next states. Obama was, as his team's best case was to keep ST close and then surge afterward.

And if Sanders supports the country and not himself, he'll do everything he can to help Biden win.

Tonight's debacle will backfire on Sanders, he's given up any hope of getting the White House, and of getting a Cabinet position to get any of his ideas enacted.

Warren put it best (paraphrased) - he's not gotten the things he supported passed, and never stopped anything he's opposed from happening. Leadership is not taking unpopular positions and yelling. It's fixing the problems, and that takes a team.

The claim about Sanders bringing out new voters, especially young ones, is a myth. Wasn't true in 2016, isn't true in 2020.

They did show up in larger numbers in 2018, however, when he wasn't even running.

lol, you should really take a break and take a few deep breaths. For one, I have no idea what you think your question has to do with, well, anything. Second, just because I don't support Sanders doesn't mean I think Medicare for All is wrong.

Ever heard of Elizabeth Warren? John Conyers?

Conyers introduced a Medicare For All bill 14 years before Sanders did and every year in between. What took Bernie so long? When he did finally introduce a bill, it was a parallel bill to that of Conyers.

Warren, of course, supports M4A as well, and I think she was a better candidate than Sanders in every possible way.
