All BS supporters who pushed the lies about Biden's mental status need to apologize. Right now.

The lies about Biden not being up to the debate were crushed tonight. Vice-President Biden awaits the apologies of the BS supporters.

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for:
Joe Biden

I have seen plenty of so-called Bernie supporters on Twitter push the "senile" meme, but the few Bernie supporters left here don't seem to do that.

I will say, though, that this debate alleviated some of the concerns I had about whether Biden was still as sharp of a debater as he was against Paul Ryan in 2012.

When he loses will his voters vote third party, vote for trump or opt not to vote like they did in 2016 which gave the election to the f#%#@! racist, bigot, mysogynist..most corrupt person who shouldve never been be allowed to hold office [we seriouly need to amend constitution that allowed this to happen ie implement extreme vetting; increased credentials in law/knowledge of govt] My son's response well if they don't cheat Bernie like Hillary did! You don't give in to bullies demanding that you give them what they want or they'll take their toys and go home. Sometimes voters need to grow up, put on their big girl/big boy pants and do what's necessary for the good of the country.

This is what adults do. We realize that we can't always get what we want, and sometimes we must do what we're supposed to do, for the greater good, even when it's not easy.

Biden doesn't have to compromise who he is for a bunch of participation trophy winners who are not being honest about how they'll vote for him if only he'll do whatever they want for their vote. That's bullshit.

Mon Mar 16, 2020, 06:40 PM
Mar 2020

"I'm a Biden supporter, but I have a lot more in common with you and Senator Sanders than I do any Republican, especially Trump."

"Although I didn't support Senator Sanders int the nomination phase, I am glad he energized voters like you to join in the push against Trump."

"Participation in this process builds the party. And though much of this process is competition, a lot of it is cooperation, too. I like that!"

Mostly what my threads have been about is what not to say, however. I find there to be no fundamental use in calling out Senator Sanders or his supporters. They don't need nor deserve to be vilified. They don't need to be told they don't count. They don't need to be told to go away. They aren't your enemies.

I think realizing that works better than self-righteous pats-on-the-back.

People in Sanders' senior staff were pushing them, as were some DUers.

Not sure how you made this into a "both sides" argument, but Biden supporters were well aware of where the memes originated and acted accordingly. Some Sanders supporters, meanwhile, including members of his own staff and top surrogates, were sharing videos from Trump War Room and Fox News.

One side would seem to be a bit more discerning than the other, as far as sources go.

Trump's core belief (to the extent that he has one) if that if you repeat something enough times, people come to believe it - or at least enough of them to affect an election.

What else can Trump campaign on other than attacking with lies? He sure can't run on his record.

If you repeat a lie often enough, people will believe it, and you will even come to believe it yourself.

I would feel better about him as president or our party's nominee after tonight's performance.

Either candidate of course would be a million times better than the moron in the White House today.

I still like Bernie's Medicare for All proposal which for me is where the rubber meets the road. But I liked Biden adopting Elizabeth's Warren plan on free college and his assertiveness on cornavirus issues.

Oh, they aren't going away. I was getting on a wingnut on FB when she said he thinks he is married to his sister. I asked her if he lusted for his daughter and then reminded her of Trump telling us that the Continental Army took over the airports in the Revolutionary War. And cautioned her that she probably didn't want to go "THERE." Her guy is just too naked.

I think the main reason he fears Biden is because Joe has such a command of how government works, and he has nada. And if tries playing his best and only card (being an insulting bully) it will backfire on a person most consider a good man.

Insulting Biden doesn't change that. I'm sorry for you, I've been there before, but your bitterness only hurts us from here forward.

It's time to unite and look to kicking Trump to the curb in November. The time for childish insults is long past.

When one is eating crow it's advisable to take small bites and drink plenty of water to help it go down more easily. Also, take a pepcid 30-minutes prior to your meal. It's know to cause some wicked bad indigestion.

I'm an UNAPOLOGETIC Bernie Supporter. Get over it. I'm in need of some love. I know Biden will win the nomination but he now needs me. Why should I work for him?

Don't give me the normal speech. I need to know that he will stand for what Bernie is supporting. If that is not your answer then it is not good enough.
