Inasmuch as some are claiming that Biden has disappeared or is doing nothing, I'll post this again:

Biden plans shadow coronavirus briefings

The ex-veep said they’re necessary to address false and misleading statements from the president.

By MARC CAPUTO

03/20/2020 05:37 PM EDT

Joe Biden is planning a regular shadow briefing on coronavirus to start as early as Monday to show how he would handle the crisis and address what he calls the lies and failures of President Trump.

Biden gave a preview of what’s to come in a conference call with reporters Friday, where he listed a litany of false and misleading statements from Trump, who has been holding regular White House press conferences concerning coronavirus preparedness and response that have been broadcast live on all major networks.

“President Trump stop saying false things, will ya?” Biden said. “People are worried they are really frightened, when these things don't come through. He just exacerbates their concern. Stop saying false things you think make you sound like a hero and start putting the full weight of the federal government behind finding fast, safe and effective treatments.”

Biden made his comments from his home in Wilmington, Delaware, where he has been holed up for more than a week in adherence with Centers for Disease Control guidelines that urge people to practice social distancing.

You're being too kind. It's not just a "meme"... it's a vicious "scorched-earth" lie that is attempting to kneecap Biden.

What good purpose does it serve? It only divides us. It only created distrust and resentment. It creates nothing but negativity. Negativity generates apathy. Apathy discourages voter turnout. Low voter turnout gives Republicans a chance to steal the elections.

Bernie has to quit, and immediately get vocal to his supporters to go with Biden.

I am sad to say that I lose more respect for Bernie each and every day.

He, Warren, and others have good thinking, there is no question.

But now is not the time for idealism that, in reality, would be currently un-obtainable....

The Dems continue down the jungle path, swatting at mosquitoes, and are
oblivious to the herd of charging elephants........

...shadow government and shadow response team in the works. Every time he addresses the camera he looks more presidential. His house is being retrofitted to engage in these activities, so that he can practice social distancing and still have conferences, give speeches, press conferences, videos -- all of the normal activities of a campaign minus shaking hands, hugging adults, and kissing babies.
