Breaking news re. Wisconsin voting

From an email:

Did you know that a federal judge expanded absentee voting across the entire state of Wisconsin today?

You have until tomorrow (Friday, April 3rd) at 5:00 pm to request an absentee ballot. You can request your ballot here: https://myvote.wi.gov/en-US/VoteAbsentee

You may skip the photo ID upload request if you are indefinitely confined because of the COVID-19/coronavirus and do not have the ability to upload your photo ID

Make sure to check the box where it asks if you are indefinitely confined

Your absentee ballot will be counted as long as it is received by election officials by 4:00 pm on Monday, April 13th.

In-person voting will still take place on Tuesday, April 7th. You can find your polling location here: https://myvote.wi.gov/en-US/FindMyPollingPlace

Make sure to spread the news with your friends and family so that your voice can be heard!
If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for:
Joe Biden

By pushing states to move into June. I don’t think it’s going to work, frankly.

Find an article and post in Latest Breaking News, post on Wisconsin page, maybe even General Discussion.

A lot of people are avoiding this Forum.

She is not an opponent.

"From Bernie’s perspective, dropping out of a race once you have no chance of winning is peculiar behavior that can only be explained by the work of a hidden hand. For most politicians, though, it is actually standard operating procedure. Only Sanders seems to think the normal thing to do once voters have made clear they don’t want to nominate you is to continue campaigning anyway."

"When things are not called by their right names, what is said cannot make sense. When what is said does not make sense, what is planned cannot succeed. When plans do not succeed, people become uneasy. When people are uneasy, punishments do not fit crimes. When punishments do not fit crimes, people cannot know where to put hand or foot."

I'm going to support Biden. I just like Bernie's donations to charities.

Many, many people on DU avoid this forum each election cycle because it gets so hostile. That's why it is created, and policed so carefully. I'm not even sure why I'm here, except that it "calls me". I think I must be a tinge masochistic.

...that there are many ways to donate to charities that do not involve Senator Sanders.

Anyone can say they are charitable. Trump did, until his "charities" were shut for not being charitable. I would never consider donating to a charity via Senator Sanders any more than I'd consider donating to a charity through Trump.

I think them both megalomaniacal.

In the time of Trump, Senator Sanders indicated that he was "an existential threat" to the Democratic party.

I regret that this generates some hostility on my part, but it does, and under the circumstances, with a criminal living in the White House, who puts children in cages like zoo animals in a time of plague, I am spectacularly hostile to people who attack the only practical way to stop this crime against humanity, which involves electing a DEMOCRAT, that DEMOCRAT being Joe Biden.

Sanders is an existential threat to humanity at this point, at least as I see it.

OK?

I'm sorry but that's how I see it.
