WARNING: Epiphany ahead.

Much to my surprise, I just discovered how little I care if I'm not cool for supporting Joe Biden.

I am so far beyond giving even the tiniest fuck about sitting at the cool kids' table.

That is all.

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for:
Joe Biden

Support Democrats
Do not state that you are not going to vote, or that you will write-in a candidate that is not on the ballot, or that you intend to vote for any candidate other than the official Democratic nominee in any general election where a Democrat is on the ballot.

They selected undecided for me when Liz dropped out. The Primary is over.

The TOS didn't say we needed to change our primary status did it?

I was disappointed (though not surprised) that my preferred candidate (Jay Inslee) got no traction. The media ignored him, and so did almost everyone else. Talk about someone whose policies were loved, and whose person was ignored. If ever there was someone qualified to be Secretary of the Interior or EPA head, it's Jay, although at this point, he's probably content to be a really popular governor of Washington.

When the Texas primary rolled around, I pretty much flipped coins, as I was torn between 3 of the candidates left (Buttigieg, Klobuchar and Biden).

But now, it's between Biden and Trump. If that choice is not a no-brainer for a Democrat, then either you're not a Democrat or you have no brain. Those of us who had other preferences early on will just have to deal with it. It's preferable to dealing with another four years of the McConnell presidency.

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for:
Joe Biden

America is a grievance culture so a lot of people will need to set their pet issues aside for the greater good.
