Restricting the use of cell phones in the classroom as a distraction from learning. Thanks to the Republican Party and the NRA parents can now insist their children be allowed to have their phones in case being in a school might get them killed. A cellphone, a potential lifeline. Thanks republicans. Keep on blocking legislation, then blaming others when tragedies occur.
