His latest letter on the US vs. Ukraine is a very interesting read.

I said "US vs. Ukraine" because his thesis is that the US was caught off guard by Ukraine's successes against the Russians, and that the beltway scholars and defense experts couldn't accept this new perspective. Well, they damn well better understand and get behind it now!
