biden is not a great orator, but as a "farewell address" it rates with washington and ike.
surprisingly, i found it to be optimistic and visionary.

But begs us remember how pertinent the information is for today. I look forward to his 11:00 hour. Tonights lesson was especially touching as its Bidens last address to this assembly

And you're right, President Biden's speech today was a part of history.
