Once the joint session is convened on January 6, SCOTUS has absolutely no role or jurisdiction.

I will never forget BUSH V GORE and how pissed off I was that the court took away our Voice and handed the election to BUSH. At LEAST Bush was for a democracy, to hand the Election to Trump would be the end of this country right off the bat.
